Our Cancellation Policy

We politely request that you give 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We reserve the right to charge a fee of 50% of the value of your treatment or treatments for cancellations made at less than 24 hours notice.

Please note that some treatments may require a 50% booking fee at the time of booking.
